Applying to a single wall in what will be our TV room, easy to apply and fun to play with the different looks of the planks. We painted the wall a darker shade as one other reviewer suggested. The knot holes provide good character to the wall and room.

So easy to work with and looks great. Took a few hours to install with a miter saw and box cutter for more curved cuts. I like how the boxes come with different size planks and not just long planks cut to the same size. Only criticism is that it is on the expensive side, about $250 per box for the 4 inch planks (Each box covers only 20 square feet or so). Plan to use again for a larger project in the bedroom.

I loved the fact that this was as easy as wallpaper to install. BUT I would suggest painting your wall black or dark brown before installing. I let it sit in my house for a couple weeks before installing it but lo and behold, I was shocked when looking at it a couple weeks later and it had shrunk on a few pieces and you can see the white wall behind it. I now must try to get some type of marker or paintbrush to get in the cracks to minimize the look of the cracks.

What a fun product to work with. I am a builder and we used the 4" sandy beach product at the recommendation of a designer and the results were great. Its easy to use, cuts well with a miter saw and we used the preformed corners to finish things off. Would definitely use it again.
