Plank boxes should be returned in full and in their original condition. Please reseal any opened boxes.
- Exchanges are free as long as they are requested within the 60 days of receiving the product.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced product.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees and a restocking fee may be applied.
- Refunds will be processed upon the receipt of the Timberchic and applied to your payment method you used to purchase within 3-5 business days.
